Chris Olson commits to West Texas A & M

Marcus Defensive End and Captain Chris Olson has committed to play college football at West Texas A & M in Canyon, Texas.

Chris was named to the All-District First Team (unanimous choice), and was the recipient of the Fighting Heart Award at the team's Season Banquet.

Chris is pictured after signing his Letter of Intent with his parents Rhonda and Keith and Marcus Head Coach Bryan Erwin.

The Buffaloes compete in D-II in the Lone Star Conference South.

My man Curly will tear up Division II football, but beware of the 2008 D2 National Champion Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.

Also, Marcus teacher Cesar Chavez is a former WTAM tight end.
